Certification to ISO 9001:2008 Provides Evidence of TTI’s Commitment to Quality
In November 2009 TTI proudly received its ISO 9001:2008 certification. ABS Quality Evaluations, Inc. conducted an exhaustive three (3) day audit of TTI’s processes, procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with the ISO 9001:2008 quality standard.
TTI has always made quality a critical component of everything they do, as evidenced by their creed: Quality, Commitment, Creativity and Integrity, or “QCCI”. TTI’s Quality Manager, Mike Jackson said: “We see quality as a way to separate ourselves from our competition and we are extremely proud that our quality management system complies with the stringent International Quality Standard”. ISO certification definitely puts TTI in a very exclusive group of 8a service providers. Obtaining ISO certification reaffirms TTI’s commitment to meeting customer’s needs, exceeding their expectations and ensuring the success of their missions.
